Dr. Laurie Gittess

Dr. Gittess has been delivering the highest quality care in orthodontics to her community for over 20 years! She earned her dental degree, master’s degree and certification in orthodontics from Case Western Reserve University. An esteemed member of the orthodontic community, Dr. Gittess gives lectures to the public and dentists on orthodontics, and is a published author, a former instructor at Case Western Reserve University, the founder and President of the South Florida Damon Study Club, and a Board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a distinction held by only roughly 25% of practicing orthodontists. Dr. Gittess is also a member in many leading dental organizations, such as:

  • Atlantic Coast Dental Society
  • Florida Association of Orthodontists
  • Southern Association of Orthodontists

Away from the office, Dr. Gittess enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, running, hiking, going to the gym and baking. Her husband, Dr. Robert Gittess, is an endodontist, and they have two children, Adam and Jennifer.
